Connext Global Solutions is a dedicated team of business process outsourcing experts and innovators, with experience in supporting world-class companies in Title and Escrow, Healthcare, Produce Distribution, Retail and Fashion, Design Consulting, and Finance. We are currently looking for a Web Administrator to support our client in the fashion industry. This person will be managing the client's company website and will help create the best online experience to customers and stakeholders. He/She will be working with our team in Pampanga.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company websites and online experiences to create the best user experience.
Entering new products, formatting existing products using HTML to input content and products into website platforms
Ensure content, products, links, and services are up to date and websites are working properly.
Identify and respond to problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct or refer problems to appropriate groups or personnel.
Maintain, configure and troubleshoot CMS issues
Execute engaging online content that aligns with the brand strategy and meets the company’s web standards.
Analyze and track site metrics and utilize the information for further site enhancements and performance.
Work closely with online marketing on SEO initiatives, social media integrations, and promotions.
Seek out areas of improvement, and ensures accuracy for existing products as well as new products on the website.
Respond to inquiries and issues from online customers via phone, email, website, etc.
Qualifications

One to two years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience working with ecommerce platforms.
Experience working with HTML, CMS, etc.
Familiarity with Google Analytics
Design/Layout experience
Broad knowledge of Social Media and Web Marketing
Thrives in a collaborative, team player open office environment, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively overall mediums (phone, email, in-person, etc.)
