Bilingual Customer Support Representative (English/Mandarin)

We are seeking dependable Customer Support Representatives fluent in both English and Mandarin to join our team on-site in Dagupan. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their eWallet accounts through live chat, phone, and email.

No background in finance is needed (but it is beneficial). We provide full, paid training. What matters most is that you communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and genuinely like helping people.

About the Company

You will be supporting a FinTech company that helps e-commerce businesses and multinational companies manage their global payments and financial operations. Their platform serves clients in more than 60 countries, and the support team plays a key role in maintaining those relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

• Handling inbound customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email
• Helping customers set up, access, and manage their eWallet accounts
• Verifying customer documents with accuracy and care
• Communicating with customers in English or Mandarin, depending on their preference

Compensation and Schedule

• Monthly salary: PHP 50,000
• Working days: Saturday to Wednesday
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Philippine Time) / 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (EST)
• Location: On-site, Dagupan, Pangasinan

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written (this is required for this role)
• 2+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Online chat, phone, and email support experience
• Comfortable reviewing and verifying customer documents
• Able to type at least 40 words per minute
• Detail-oriented and accurate in everything you do
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations at the same time
• A problem-solver with a proactive, get-it-done attitude
• Based in or able to commute daily to Dagupan, Pangasinan
• Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus, but not required
