Job Description - Customer Support Representative (Email & Voice)

We're hiring Customer Support Representatives to join a growing customer experience team supporting a well-established retail rewards program used by thousands of customers across multiple locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service through both email and phone support.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and inbound phone calls
  • Assist customers with rewards program questions, account issues, and app-related inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure seamless customer support

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday to Friday
  • Operational hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
  • PHP 17,000 per month

  • Minimum 6 months of call center or customer support experience
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism
