What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers across multiple communication channels, providing professional, accurate, and empathetic support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound customer phone calls
• Responding to customer emails and live chats
• Assisting customers with questions and account inquiries
• Resolving concerns while delivering outstanding customer service
• Escalating complex issues when necessary
• Following up on customer cases to ensure resolution
• Accurately documenting all customer interactions
• Maintaining professionalism and empathy during every interaction

Schedule

Hours of Operation

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST
• Sunday: Off

Training

• Six-week paid training program
• Four weeks of classroom training
• Two weeks nesting
• Training hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Previous call center or contact center experience is an advantage
• Comfortable handling phone, email, and chat support
• Strong written English with excellent grammar and spelling
• Basic computer proficiency, including typing, copy/paste, internet navigation, and working across multiple tabs
• Typing speed of approximately 30+ WPM
• High school diploma or equivalent
