Sales Development Executive

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Executive to join our growing global sales team!

This is an opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, creating new business opportunities, and turning conversations into real commercial partnerships.

You'll be involved in identifying potential clients, starting conversations with decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and helping position Resolv Global's BPO, staffing, AI, and outsourcing solutions.

This is not a passive lead-following role. We're looking for someone comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, following up consistently, and creating opportunities from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify potential B2B clients and new business opportunities
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to introduce our solutions
• Qualify leads based on business needs, opportunity, timing, and fit
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Schedule qualified meetings and sales opportunities for senior members of the sales team
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client challenges and requirements
• Clearly communicate the value of BPO, outsourcing, staffing, and AI-enabled solutions
• Maintain accurate activity, lead, and pipeline information within the CRM
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to develop appropriate solutions for prospects
• Research industries, companies, and market opportunities to identify new areas for growth
• Represent our brand professionally and confidently in every client interaction
• Contribute ideas and insights that can help strengthen our sales strategy and business development efforts

Schedule & Location

This is a hybrid role based in the National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines.

Because we work with clients and prospects in the United States and other international markets, availability to work US-aligned business hours may be required.



Compensation

From PHP 25,000 per month, based on experience

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone confident, commercially minded, persistent, and who genuinely enjoys sales.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, SDR/BDR, account management, or a similar sales-focused role
• Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confidence speaking with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
• Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• A strong understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification
• Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated and target-oriented approach
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• The ability to handle rejection professionally and keep moving forward
• Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with a leadership team
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

CRM Experience

Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform is highly preferred, but we are open to candidates who have used different CRM systems and can demonstrate strong sales process discipline.

• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn, email outreach platforms, prospecting databases, sales engagement tools, or similar technologies is also a plus.
