Adapt D&B LLP is an Environmental Sustainability Design (ESD) consultancy based in Singapore. We help businesses achieve green building certifications and meet sustainability targets for their office and commercial fit-out projects. We work with interior designers, contractors, and building owners from the design stage through to completion and testing.

Our services include:

• Green Mark for Interiors (GMI) — Full BCA certification management for commercial fit-outs, from documentation and submissions to achieving Gold, GoldPLUS, Platinum, or Platinum Zero Energy ratings.
• Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) — Design-stage advisory through to post fit-out testing, meeting requirements under Green Mark, LEED, WELL, and Singapore Standards.
• Acoustics — Assessment and compliance for noise levels, reverberation, and sound separation across certification frameworks and occupant comfort benchmarks.
• Lighting — Design review and compliance testing for lux levels, uniformity, and glare under Green Mark, LEED, and WELL standards.
• Whole Life Carbon Assessment (WLCA) — Full carbon footprint calculation across a project's lifecycle, aligned with RICS WLCA 2nd Edition, EN 15978, and GM2021.
