Mission and Objectives:

1 ADRC provides day care and community rehabilitation services to

 the frail seniors of the lower income bracket. Its program and

 activities are directed at helping seniors to stay independent and

 capable of being a contributing member to society.

2 Its objectives are as follows:

· To provide supportive day care to semi-dependent

seniors who would otherwise remain alone at home;

· To provide rehabilitative follow-up in the form of

therapeutic exercises for those seniors discharged

from hospitals and who require such follow-up care;

· To provide simple basic nursing care to seniors who

require such service;

· To provide awareness and encourage training for

persons involved in the care of seniors in the area of day care.
