Bi-lingual Inside Sales (SMB), ARGUS Software (Singapore)

ARGUS Software, an Altus Group company, has an immediate opening for a bi-lingual (English and at least one Asian language) Inside Sales role in Singapore.

 

Reporting directly to the Global VP of Inside Sales, your primary responsibilities will be to identify opportunities to sell the Altus Group’s suite of software and services via phone, email and social media outreach.     The position is located in the Singapore office and will work as part of an integrated sales team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtain, maintain and readily articulate a comprehensive understanding of ARGUS’s product offerings and their relationship to our client's business needs
  • Qualifying inbound and marketing leads
  • Working in the assigned territories to maximize revenue potential and customer’s satisfaction across assigned territory accounts
  • Providing Account Management support to accounts within assigned territory.  Some tasks include but not limited to quotation preparation, processing orders, attending local events when needed, tracking and updating activities in company’s CRM system, accurate forecasting, lead management and follow up
  • Compiling sales information and monitoring progress of sales;
  • Tracking and compiling data to enable research and lead generation;
  • Providing reports and analysis, and maintaining databases, and
  • Learning about the business of Commercial Real Estate.

 

Job Requirements:

Essential

  • Fluent in English and at least one of Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, Malay, or other Asian language.
  • Degree / Diploma in a Business related discipline or other relevant technology discipline
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook);
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities;
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Comfortable interacting with clients;
  • Ability to travel when required.

 

 

 

Preferred but not essential

 

  • Experience in a similar role in a software company or other software sales experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate or finance market will be considered an asset;
