Ascendas Reit has a well-diversified portfolio of 96 properties in Singapore, 36 properties in Australia, 49 properties in the United Kingdom/Europe and 30 properties in the United States as at 30 June 2021. These properties host a customer base of around 1,520 international and local companies from a wide range of industries and activities, including research and development, life sciences, information technology, engineering, light manufacturing, logistics service providers, electronics, telecommunications, manufacturing services and back-room support office in service industries, etc.
