Much like a quintessential Spanish eatery in its element, it is a convivial space where you can tell your stories while dining, drinking and having conversation. Cenzo is a modern Australian-Italian restaurant. Using a mix of modern and traditional techniques, the menu touches on many classic Italian food dishes while using Australian and local produce. With a modern take on food preparation, the restaurant showcases traditional and honest flavours, incorporating a "zero-waste" policy which focuses on sustainability. All ingredients are used to their maximum potential, drawing out the flavours of the food without making concessions on its nutritional value and enjoyment.
