Our services are complemented by our own Intellectual Property (IP), which is an AI based Text Analytics Engine that handles NLP based inisghts derivation from textual data. 

We have created an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform to identify customer intent (e.g. intent to buy a car) by processing transactions & interactions. We enumerate customer profiles by determining personal attributes, relationships, life events, sentiments and buzz. This helps digital enterprises in sending effective marketing messages at scale and customise customer experience.

Some of our other IP (based on NLP) include resume scoring and matching for finding the optimal candidate for a job description.
