Job Scope / Description: Lead or assist senior bankers in the deal origination, structuring, syndication, and execution processes for debt and debt-related transactions Facilitate the relationship between issuers and rating agencies in order to obtain the best possible ratings on behalf of the issuers Prepare and update marketing materials to clients, i.e. presentation / pitchbooks, market updates, etc. Work with other departments like Legal, Compliance, etc. on relevant deal-related matters Ass
