Care for the Elderly Foundation (Singapore)

Founded in 1992, Care for the Elderly Foundation (Singapore) is a charity with an Institution of a Public Character (“IPC”) status. CEF provides subsidised home care services to the frail and disabled older adults with chronic diseases and mobility impairment who are home-bound regardless of race and religion and who are without means or resources or are of limited means and resources.
