E Three Five was formed in 2004 and started from humble beginnings operating from a small attic at Tras Street. Through hard work and visionary planning, the company has grown and can now boast an impressive portfolio.



E Three Five provides design consultancy in interior planning, visualization, graphic design and architecture. Our design concept usually involves a narrative guiding design principle which gives meaning to all our projects and designs.



Founding partners Kaejer and Luiyen both graduated from the National University of Singapore with Masters in Architecture and have accumulated a wealth of experience since.



Before forming E35, Kaejer worked at several renowned architectural firms, gaining invaluable experience from the projects he handled. He has designed for many big projects in China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore encompassing areas such as master planning of towns, shopping centres, condominiums, schools, parks as well as residential houses.



Luiyen has vast experience in the area of exhibition design and project management, gained from her 6 years in Pico Art International. She has worked on projects in Germany, China and Malaysia. She also lectures in NAFA teaching exhibition 3-D design.
