The Emmanuel Stroobant Group was born in 2000 with their flagship restaurant Saint Pierre. The group’s current stable of F&B concepts include - Sque Rotisserie & Alehouse, Shoukouwa Sushi Restaurant, KOB – Kingdom of Belgians and most recently Mycelium Catering (the group's institution catering arm). Amongst its culinary accolades, Shoukouwa Sushi has held 2 MICHELIN stars since 2016. Saint Pierre was also awarded 1 MICHELIN star in 2017 and has held 2 MICHELIN stars since 2019.
