Group Profile:

The group comprises companies involved in mainly 3 core businesses. These are shipping, property and investments. Our Management has a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in oil trading , shipping and investments. Our yearly average turnover for the last two years is over USD 50 million.

1. Shipping:

We have owned and operated ships since 2012 mainly in the tanker space. Ships owned range in size from Very Large Crude Carriers to Medium Range Tankers. Apart from that, we have interests in Shipping Operators who are also disponent owners and commercial managers.

We are also active in innovative projects that finance or enable shipping firms to reach their full potential. Our ship management activities includes provision of services to oil trading firms that rely on us to manage their cargo operations such as blending and quality control, break-bulking and operations planning/coordination. Clients include global traders like Vitol, Trafigura and Mecuria as well as Oil Majors like Shell and BP.

2. Property:

We invest in properties where we believe we can add value to the business. Examples of what we had done in the past is buying commercial properties to lease out with services included. We are constantly on the look out to grow this segment.

3. Investments:

We are always open to investments where we believe we can add value to the proposition. Notable examples include

·  Trading of petroleum products and crudeoil

·  Provision of capital to start ups as private equity investor or “Angel Investors”
