Careers at Glory Joy Christian Church

Glory Joy Christian Church is an independent non-denominational church situated in Sembawang. Founded by Rev Matthew Ding in 1978, GJCC has grown from a small house church with a handful of members meeting in Mayflower Estate, to a close-knit multi-generational community. We have one English and one Chinese speaking congregation comprising of more than a hundred members. 

An affiliate church of CNEC ( Christian Nationals Evangelism Commission), Glory Joy seeks to fulfil the Great Commission of Jesus Christ through various means such as cell groups, discipleship programs and community outreach, especially in the Northern part of Singapore. We have a Child Development Centre (Glory Joy CDC) and sponsor a Boys’ Brigade Company; all situated in Sembawang. 

One distinctive of Glory Joy is an active missions program which extends support to churches and ministries within Southeast Asia, as well as various para-church and missions organisations. Several of our member serve actively in these organizations.

Another distinctive is the wide range of demographics which the church caters to. With members ranging from the very young to retired seniors, Glory Joy remains very much a family church for people from different walks of life and life stages to grow in their faith as well worship God, all under one roof.
