Great Resources M&E Contractor Pte. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co. Pte. Ltd. Established in 1997, the company started its business with the primary activities of providing Mechanical and Electrical Engineering works.

Today, the company has been known as a cost effective, reliable and innovative services provider of Mechanical and Electrical Services. The Company has on its own secured many M&E Nominated Sub-Contract (NSC) projects from the construction market.

The management consists of experienced and qualified managers who have had years of experience in their respective areas. The Company has staff strength of about 150 personnel of which 80% have technical qualifications and experience. The Management in collaboration with all staff strives to provide a total satisfaction to customers in terms of schedule, budget performance and reliability.
