Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd (HLC) started out as a Sanitary and Plumbing contractor in 1972 knows as Ho Lee Plumbing Pte Ltd undertaking mainly sanitary and plumbing works for public residential housing projects. In 1980, HLC was incorporated and it began to take on general building construction as a Main Building Contractor. HLC had developed core competencies in building construction over the years and had won recognitions from the BCA as well as from its employer such as the Defence Science & Technology Agency (DSTA) and the Housing and Development Board of Singapore (HDB).

The company had diverse into the field of infrastructure in 2001 and had completed projects such as MRT Stations and Deep Tunnel Sewerage System (DTSS) Projects.

HLC is currently graded as Registered Contractors by BCA in the following workheads:

1. A1(unlimited tendering limit) for General Building (CW01)
2. A2(unlimited tendering limit) for Civil Engineering (CW02)
