Jenga BCG is a Singapore-based consultancy that enables businesses with a view towards global expansion and cross-border operations. There are five business units that comprise Jenga BCG:

· Jenga Solutions – a consultancy specialising in compliance within regulated areas including digital payment token, blockchain token offering, fund management, and family office establishment.

· Jenga Corp – a corporate secretarial firm certified by Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) providing incorporation and corporate governance support to global businesses that use Singapore as a launchpad for expansion into Asia.

· Jenga Accounting – a professional services firm with ACRA and ACCA-accredited specialists delivering competency in accounting, audit, tax filing, tax advisory, financial planning, business valuation, business restructuring, and due diligence.

· Jenga Human Resources – an employment agency registered with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower connecting businesses in the Finance industry with talents, as well as supporting them through human resources administration including hiring and payroll management.

· Jenga Advisors LLC – a Washington, DC-based regulatory strategy firm advising blockchain companies on regulatory-compliant token projects and secondary market listings on trading platforms.
