Katrina Holdings Private Limited was incorporated in Singapore on 29 June 1995 with a mission to provide great dining experiences by delivering great food and great services so that customers will return again and again.

Its first concept restaurant, BaliThai, opened in 1998, offers perennial favourites of both Indonesia and Thai cuisines. Constantly exploring new avenues and also challenging oneself to be the leading F & B company, it took one step further and went on to introduce Chinese cuisine of different provinces such as Szechuan, Shanghai and Yunnan; Hong Kong fare with more than 100 popular choices; and exotic Mexican delights, to excite and satisfy the discerning taste buds of gourmands. Thereafter, IndoBox and So Pho were also opened in the middle of 2013. The former was to feed the niche for the lack of Indonesian concept in Singapore while the latter was to feed the demand for healthier Vietnamese cuisine.

Till date, there are 32 outlets in Singapore and China operating a chain of concept dining restaurants namely BaliThai, Bayang, RENNthai, Streats Hong Kong Café, Honguo, Hutong, Muchos, So Pho and IndoBox Cafe. There are now 30 restaurants in Singapore and 2 in Beijing. We are rapidly expanding and are looking to open an additional 4 restaurants in Singapore by end 2015.
