At Kohpan, we don't do "mass-produced." Every bun is handcrafted daily using a slow fermentation process to achieve our signature contrast: a crackling crispy bottom and a light, airy interior. Our cult-favorite bakes, including our Original, Fukuoka Mentaiko, and Premium Truffle shio pans, are often sold out weeks in advance. As we expand to our new North-East location, we are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their craft to help us bring our bakes to even more fans.
