Careers at National Council of Social Service

NCSS is the umbrella body for about 400 member Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) in Singapore. Our mission is to provide leadership and direction in social services, to enhance the capabilities of social service organisations, and to promote strategic partnerships for social services. NCSS works closely with our member VWOs to provide social services for the disadvantaged. In recognition of the importance of developing and enhancing manpower capabilities to build a strong social service sector, resources are being allocated for the continuous growth, training and recognition of manpower.
