It is the holding company for the subsidiaries globally, all with related but distinct products, services, markets and opportunities. All the sub-divisions of NTL consolidates its business into a well-balanced business portfolio, offering of high quality geomancy consultancy services, a range of branded and well-accepted health and beauty products, specialty crystal and azure products, our unique internet platform, our own lines of international franchising and secondary services to compliment each subsidiary's efforts.
Based on more than 20 years of experience in providing Geomancy and Feng Shui services across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia, NTL was initially founded by Mr. Hillary Phang Song Hua as the holding company for an organized Metaphysics of Geomancy and Feng Shui consultancy services and retail business. NTL started by providing Geomancy and Feng Shui services through Astrology, Metaphysics and Traditional Science.
The business targets the retail and consumer market using a more institutionalized and process driven approach. This business strategy had proven to be successful with NTL growing to 9 retail boutiques in Singapore and 2 in Malaysia within a short period of less than 2 year!! NTL had successfully developed and currently operates under the International brand of Yuan Zhong Siu. By year 2007, NTL had aggressively ventured into various industries in different countries via acquisition or new set-up. All new subsidiaries provides related but distinct products, services, markets and opportunities.
The new consolidated NTL group of companies now provides a well-balanced business portfolio, offering higher quality geomancy consultancy services, a wide range of branded and well accepted health and beauty products (includes healthcare supplements, skin care and cosmetics product), specialty crystal and unique azure products, and other secondary professional services to compliment each subsidiary's efforts.
NTL operates the biggest business of its kind (by revenue) in Singapore and is one of the largest in Asia with sales for FYE 31.12.07 of S$20 million and estimated revenue of S$50 million for FYE 31.12.08. It is estimated to be 10 times the size (by revenue) of its nearest competitor in Singapore. Currently there is about 150 staff worldwide in NTL group of companies.
