Osaka Gas Energy Supply and Trading Pte. Ltd. (“OGEST”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Osaka Gas (“OG”), has commenced operation since April 2020.

OG is one of the largest energy companies in Japan whose global LNG portfolio consists of well-diversified LNG supply sources mainly in Asia-Pacific, Middle East and United States, currently amounting to more than 10MTPA. Also, OG owns or long-term charters eight vessels and actively charters in/out vessels in accordance with shipping requirements of its FOB contracts.

As an LNG trading arm of OG, OGEST is established for further optimization of OG’s such LNG portfolio as well as driving down the procurement cost of LNG. OGEST is responsible for new physical transaction and financial transactions within four years contractual terms.
