Patience Law LLC is Patience Law LLC is a full-fledged law firm registered with the Ministry of Law, and is incorporated and registered in ACRA, Singapore as a Limited Liability Corporation in year 2025. Patience Law LLC primary area of practice is in the areas of Conveyancing and Family Law, albeit it also does well in various other forms of dispute resolution and
solicitor/advocacy work.

The type of real estate transactions we handle range from the typical to the more complex end of the conveyancing spectrum and this includes, properties under trust, part-share purchases and sales, transfer of properties, transactions pursuant to Court Orders, purchase of recess areas, amalgamation of lands, transactions involving shop-houses or mixed-use
developments, transactions involving bankrupts or the Official Assignee, and administration of a deceased’s estate.

Over the recent 12 years between years 2013 and 2024, Patience Law’s Managing Director, Mr Denny Lin had personally managed and completed close to 10,000 conveyancing transactions. In year 2018 alone, Mr Lin handled a total of 2861 conveyancing cases, for quantum of up to $22-Million for a single transaction. His previous law firms attained the Straits Times Singapore’s Best Law Firm award in years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
