PILADAY is a newly set up Pilates studio, located in the heart of Holland Village, aiming to offer Exclusive Private Solo and Duet classes for our valued clients.

Spearheaded by our founding Korean partner, a veteran in Pilates, Sport and Rehab training, our studio is well equipped with modern Pilates equipment, and we drive to provide customized, quality and holistic approach to improving our clients' postural needs and fitness goals thus creating sustainable visible results.

Our well diversified instructors are both experienced and certified to tailor their classes to suit individuals' needs and fitness goals. PILADAY upholds our instructor's selection process and values our team members, training and dedication in maintaining our work standards and positive work environment.

We provide rehabilitation program for clients who have past injuries and concerns. We also caters Pilates for kids and young adults.

We are the Only studio in Singapore that caters to Full Pilates equipment access, including Cadillac, especially for Private Duet Classes for clients who wish to explore their potential in various equipment.
