Established in 1982, we are a leading plastic bag company in Singapore with 39 years of experience. Our mission is to provide good Quality products, High accuracy, Timely delivery and Listen attentively to customer needs.

In October 2000, Tat Leng Plastic was acquired by Qian Hu Corporation Limited and became one of its subsidiaries following Qian Hu’s listing on the Singapore Exchange in November 2000.

In Nov 2001, Tat Leng Plastic was accredited with ISO 9001, with that certification; Tat Leng Plastic has once again reached another level in our progress. Tat Leng Plastic was renamed Qian Hu Tat Leng Plastic Pte Ltd in April 2004 to better identify us as one of the subsidiaries of Qian Hu Group.
