Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd , is a subsidiary of CNQC (South Pacific) Holding Pte Ltd, is the regional headquarters of South-East Asia that focuses on property development including residential, commercial, office and industrial.

Our first residential property development was in Singapore, a HDB-DBSS development at Bishan, Natura Loft (2008), which was awarded the BCA Green Mark 2010 Award (Gold Plus).

Since 2010, Qingjian Realty actively participated in Singapore Government's Land Sales exercise and has successfully acquired and launched quality luxury residential developments including NiN Residence (2010), RiverParc Residence (2011), Riversound Residence (2012), River Isles (2012), Waterbay (2012) and Ecopolitan (2013).

In 2012, Qingjian achieved S$2billion revenue in residential properties sales in Singapore within three years between 2010 and 2012. In addition, Qingjian Realty is listed as one of the Top 5 best-selling developer in 2012, a sign of its strong foothold in Singapore and the first foreign developer in Singapore to break into the Top 5 list.
