The firm is a Licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC) holding a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license in fund management with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). We are also 1 of the 8 funds which qualify as a Global Investor Program fund (GIP), administered by the Economic Development Board of Singapore. In addition, Rockstead Capital is a Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII) allowing clients to make direct investments in all listed securities in China.
