Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of Seacare Co-operative Ltd, jointly founded by the National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) and the Singapore Organization of Seamen (SOS).

Established on 13^th October 1995, it started off as a human resource agency for maritime and non-maritime personnel. Today, it is one of the largest HR service provider meeting the needs of ministries, statutory boards and private companies.
