The Role Reporting to the Customer Success Team Manager, you'll be a strategic partner to our Sales teams, working closely with clients to help them get the most out of SEEK's products. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our business purpose, helping customers succeed. Based in our Singapore office, you'll collaborate across Sales & Service, Product, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing & Strategy to drive meaningful client outcomes. Leveraging data and your deep understanding of recruitment ecosystems, you'll position yourself as a trusted advisor, uncovering client challenges, delivering tailored training solutions, and feeding critical insights back into SEEK. his is a temp role for maternity coverage Duration is between end July 2026 to end March 2027 The Team You'll be embedded within a collaborative Customer Success team, working hand-in-hand with Senior Sales Managers and Customer Service to deliver a seamless, one-team experience for our clients.
