We are a general construction group with three decades of experience during which we have handled a wide range of projects, from residential buildings to conservation houses, schools, churches, industrial buildings and business parks. Projects in which our subsidiary, Soil-Build (Pte.) Ltd., acted as the main contractor, have won several architectural and environmental awards over the years.

Soil-Build (Pte.) Ltd is graded A1 by the Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority. This allows us to tender for public sector projects in Singapore of unlimited contract value. Our track record in public sector projects also puts us in good stead as we compete in future tenders by Singapore’s Housing and Development Board and other public agencies.

In connection with the proposed expansion of our construction business into Myanmar, we have secured several contracts to provide professional consultancy and project management services for developments in Myanmar. We intend to further strengthen our presence in Myanmar.
