Tetsuyu Healthcare Holdings is co-founded by Prof Shinsuke Muto, a cardiologist and home care specialist from Japan, and Ms Ng Li Lian, a former banking professional from Singapore. He is very highly regarded for his use of ICT to transform home care and is an advisor to various government committees on healthcare ICT. In Singapore, Tetsuyu runs both a home care service and a technology startup focusing on transformative eldercare innovations including robotic applications.
