Trade Cloud Services Pte. Ltd was incorporated in Aug 2016 and has offices in Geneva, Shanghai and Mumbai.

TradeCloud provides a secure and compliant platform for the commodities industry pre-trade and post-trade processing requirements.

The TradeCloud Metals and Energy  Marketplace Platforms allows its users to negotiate and conclude physical commodity transactions securely in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, resulting in electronically confirmed, legally binding contracts. The Platform has a built-in chat system which is fully monitorable. The Platform has various other built-in compliance features, such as a fully integrated KYC function, allowing customers to trade with new counterparts more easily.

The TradeCloud Commodities Web post-trade  Platform powered by Corda enterprise blockchain technology is expected to be launch in August 2020.
