YTL Starhill Global Property Management Pte Ltd (the "Property Manager") is the property manager of Wisma Atria Property and Ngee Ann City Property under Starhill Global REIT.

The Property Manager is responsible for the operation, maintenance, lease management and marketing activities of the properties, subject to the overall management and supervision of the Manager.

The Property Manager is a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Holdings Pte Ltd (formerly known as YTL Pacific Star REIT Management Holdings Pte Ltd) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of YTL Corporation Berhad.
