YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Limited (the "Manager") is the manager of Starhill Global REIT (previously known as Macquarie Prime REIT), responsible for the management, administration and implementation of the investment strategy of Starhill Global REIT.

The Manager is a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Holdings Pte Ltd (formerly known as YTL Pacific Star REIT Management Holdings Pte Ltd) which is in turn an indirect subsidiary of YTL Corporation Berhad.

The Manager comprises a professional team with extensive regional experience in real estate development, investment and management, fund and asset management, and finance. Together with YTL Starhill Global Property Management Pte Ltd, the property manager of Starhill Global REIT, the Manager aims to deliver regular and stable distributions to unitholders and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit.
