Yuan Employment Agency was formed in 2018 by two partners in the Spa and Wellness industry where we look to establish our own human resources department within our groups of partners. Starting off by fully managing the searching, interviewing, placing of suitable candidates to our own massage establishment, and expand our services to other companies in the Spa and Wellness industry.
We provide business consultant services, for start-up and link them up with the relevant authorities. We help our clients on applications with work permits for foreign workers, and ensure a smooth process such as fetching candidate from airport, sending them for medical check-up, arranging for various license application and arranging of schools to attain the required skills certificate.

Current objectives
In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, Singapore economy is greatly affected by it. Companies are looking to reduce cost from every area, and manpower will not be missed out. Singaporeans and foreigners are facing a difficult time as some lose their jobs or have their salary reduced.
The tightening of MOM rules and regulation are to ensure companies prioritise Singaporeans on any available position they have. Yuan Employment Agency have thus expanded out its service to assist other industries on manpower sourcing and other business solution.
We want to help companies of different industry in resolving manpower issue by seeking for potential candidates in the society. We hope our service would allow companies to continue smooth operation and our candidate with a job to maintain stability in their lives, which both will aid the comeback of our economy.

Administrative and Payroll process:
• All candidates will be given Timesheet, Leave application form, and Claim form.
• Candidates will have to submit to us their timesheets, leave form and claim form all accompanied by manager’s signature respectively by end of the month for us to process their salaries and claims.
• Invoices will be submitted electronically.
• We will have a dedicated system to track candidate’s leave applications with the forms that were submitted by candidate.
