1 Year contract Debit Cards Growth Manager

Job Duties:

• Own and evolve the debit card product value proposition across key customer segments (Emerging affluent, Affluent).
• Identify customer needs, usage drivers to inform product enhancements and Customer value proposition refresh initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing competitor and market benchmarking to ensure product relevance and differentiation.
• Drive initiatives to increase debit card activation, usage frequency, and spend penetration.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize customer engagement and profitability.
• Support campaign and work closely with network partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver debit card features and enhancements.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in cards product management, preferably in debit cards, payments, or consumer banking.
• Strong understanding of debit card mechanics, payments flows, and regulatory considerations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
