Account Manager to support small and medium-sized businesses across multiple industries. This role sits within a high-performing commercial team focused on helping businesses grow through data-driven sales strategies and innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB client accounts, ensuring strong performance, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and develop tailored business strategies aligned to client goals
• Use data insights, automation, and analytics to inform recommendations and improve client outcomes
• Educate clients on relevant product solutions and best practices to drive adoption and value creation
• Partner closely with cross-functional internal teams to deliver solutions aligned to customer needs
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity scoping through to closure, with strong pipeline management and operational discipline
Requirements • Minimum
5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
• Experience working with
business messaging, enterprise solutions, or digital platforms • Strong ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a proactive and adaptable mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

The role will be to required to communicate with clients who are from Small-Medium size business who are based in Indonesia, knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is required. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Nice to Have • Background in advertising, sales, or technology-driven environments
• Familiarity with digital advertising or business messaging solutions
• Strong technical skills in tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, or analytics platforms
