Job Description - Agency Success Job Scope

should have exp/knowledge in AI technology and product's features

Must have some presales/sales exp./ account management. It is more on Sales kind of role.

Soft Skill – Extrovert, Energetic..

Need people with max 10 yrs exp.

Engagement

Ensure there are new signups with agencies (free and enterprise)

Present and demo product's capabilities

Understand agency requirement

Sharing of product pricing model

Liaise and complete contractual agreement sign off with agency

Guide and ensure agency sign up for latest product feature (eg: Generative AI)

Assist agency by troubleshoot and test negative results

Coordinate with approval committees to ensure successful sign up

Manage agency clarifications regarding AI technology and product's features

Project Delivery

Create and manage project timeline once agency has agreed to sign up with product

Conduct project kick-off with agency

Ensure project is delivered on time

Manage agency's stakeholders expectation

Work with DevOps and Product team

Ensure testing and production environment is setup

Ensure project is delivered successfully

Work with agency's tech and own team to publish product in chosen platform (eg: website)

Conduct product training to agency

Relationship Management

Monitor product performance after Go-Live

Provide additional coaching sessions if the performance score is 15% than median score

Maintain good relationship with agency

Achieve CSAT >4 out 6

Minimise product drop out from existing agencies

Participants in team's sprint planning and update team of agency's feedback

Product Awareness

Conduct Brown Bag sessions (once every quarter)

Participants in LaunchPad sharing (once per mth)

Organise product townhall (twice a year)

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in IT related project rollout implementation

Minimum 5 years of engaging and managing stakeholders (Business and IT)

Basic understanding of generative AI related technologies

Advantage if have been involved in government related projects and is aware of system and data security compliance.
