We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead Azure AI with expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and other AI-driven technologies to spearhead the development of Generative AI (Gen AI)-powered solutions. In this role, you will **lead the design, development, and deployment** of intelligent applications leveraging **Azure AI services and Large Language Models (LLMs)** to enhance **information retrieval, processing, and decision-making** capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies into business operations and applications.

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI-driven solutions using **Azure AI services, OpenAI, and RAG techniques**. - Develop and optimize **LLM-based applications**, enhancing information retrieval and natural language understanding. - Implement **Azure AI Search** for efficient data indexing and retrieval in AI-powered applications. - Build and maintain **scalable, high-performance AI models** that support business intelligence and automation. - Collaborate with **data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders** to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and applications. - Ensure AI models and solutions adhere to **best practices for security, scalability, and compliance**. - Stay updated on advancements in **AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies** to drive continuous innovation. - Troubleshoot and resolve **performance bottlenecks, model drift, and AI system failures**. ## **Required Skills & Experience**  

**8+ years** of experience in **software development, AI/ML, and cloud-based AI solutions**. - Strong expertise in **Azure AI services**, including **Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Cognitive Services, and Machine Learning**. - Hands-on experience with **Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge graphs, and NLP techniques**. Hands-on experience with **Qdrant and Azure AI Search**. Experience on **using and deploying Huggingface Models**. Proficiency in **Python, C#, or Java** for AI model development and deployment. - Experience with **vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search** implementations. - Familiarity with **DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps** for AI solution deployment. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to **debug and optimize AI models**. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with **technical and non-technical stakeholders**.

Experience in **fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs** for enterprise applications.

Knowledge of **Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized AI deployments**. Understanding of **AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles**.
