Job Description - Business Analyst

Your new role

Elicit citizen/business needs through service journeys and develop business cases via rapid prototyping.
Develop user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria, building prototypes to validate requirements and measure value.
Evaluate and recommend technologies (including AI tools), aligning with technology directions and WOG central solution, through hands-on experimentation.
Identify and adopt appropriate development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) for various environments.
Ensure system readiness for deployment and analyze the impact of changes.
Assist the CIO in identifying digital transformation opportunities.
Define product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business strategy.
Communicate product strategies and use data to inform decisions

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in a relevant IT field with 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.
Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP).
Past development or consulting experience.
Experience in Agile, Knowledge Management, or Service Design.
Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle (Agile preferred).
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage users at all levels and facilitate discussions
