Job Description - Business Analyst - Associate (12 months contract)

Your new company

This is a multinational consulting firm.

Your new role

Gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements, user onboarding and operational workflows.
Understand complex business processes such as billing scenarios, utility meters visualisation and/or accounting flows.
Support sprint activities by preparing test scenarios, clarifying queries and validating delivery readiness.
Coordinate UAT and support deployment activities.
Facilitate bug fixing, track resolution progress and ensure timely closure.

What you'll need to succeed

3-5 years of experience in business analysis.
Exposure to UAT coordination bug tracking and deployment support.
Proficient in MS Excel for data preparation, manipulate formulas and perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation and analysis.
Experience with digital platforms such as billing systems, workflow systems, ERP, CRM, iOT platforms or dashbaording is a strong plus.
