Job Description - Business Analyst, Business Process Reengineering (for Banking Industry)

Responsibilities:

Conduct business analysis and process reengineering in banking domains such as Loans and Credit Risk.
Collaborate with business departments to define detailed requirements.
Develop and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
Create system mock-ups and functional specification documents.
Align requirements and deliverables with key stakeholders.
Communicate system requirements effectively to application engineers.
Validate the To-Be system from a business perspective.
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
Proven experience in business process reengineering.
Strong skills in documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
Hands-on experience in planning and executing UAT.
Professional mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
Prior experience working in a consulting firm is a plus.
