Business Analyst (Domain in OMS/EMS/ Lending & Loan)

We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in electronic trading and Execution Management Systems (EMS) to support platform enhancements and global transformation initiatives.

1. Gather and document business requirements for EMS enhancements and platform changes
2. Perform gap analysis and translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
3. Work closely with product, technology, and vendors to deliver platform upgrades
4. Support integration via APIs and FIX for trading connectivity
5. Ensure alignment with regulatory and risk requirements

1. 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or trading environments
2. Strong knowledge of EMS and end-to-end trading workflows
3. Experience with APIs (REST, FIX) and system integrations
4. Understanding of financial products (equities, derivatives, fixed income, etc.)
5. Familiarity with trading regulations (e.g. MiFID II) is a plus
