Business Analyst - Investment / Asset Management

• Review and reformat existing investment mandates to improve clarity, consistency, and suitability for digitisation.
• Engage with internal Business Units to gather requirements, clarify ambiguities, and resolve outstanding items.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into structured logic, rules, and clear specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interpretations, assumptions, changes, and approvals to ensure strong auditability and governance.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical, documentation, and coordination support for investment mandate and process improvement initiatives.

• High quality and accuracy of mandate documentation and structured deliverables.
• Timely and effective responses to business queries.
• Strong collaboration with both business and technology teams.
• Reduction in back-and-forth clarification cycles and rework.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields preferred).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Analyst, or in a similar requirements-focused role.
• Strong ability to interpret complex written documents and turn them into clear, structured formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience working with developers or technology teams is a plus.
• Prior exposure to investments, asset management, insurance, or regulated environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
