We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to take on a highly visible role supporting business strategy, commercial performance and governance within an External Asset Managers business.

Your new role

• Support senior management with business planning, reviews and strategic initiatives
• Analyse client assets, revenue, profitability and business pipeline
• Prepare management insights and presentations
• Support budgeting, forecasting and resource planning
• Partner across front office, operations, risk, compliance, legal and finance
• Coordinate governance, controls and cross-functional business initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and support growth

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management or Financial Services
• Business management, strategy, COO, front-office management or consulting experience
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Exposure to External / Independent Asset Managers is a plus
