Business Risk Specialist (12-Month Contract)

Your new company You'll be joining the Front-Line Support (FLS) team supporting the Singapore Wealth Management business, performing content-based control reviews to ensure client communications and documents meet internal and regulatory standards.


Your new role

• Perform content-based control reviews, primarily focused on validating the accuracy and compliance of client-related communication.
• Conduct documentation and content checks to ensure information meets required standards before it is used or released.
• Review content against internal guidelines and suitability requirements, ensuring alignment with established control frameworks.
• Accurately document review findings and provide clear commentary for business partners.
• Support the team with additional control tasks, administrative duties, and training-related activities.
• Collaborate with Hong Kong Front Line staff, including participating in tape listening when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• University Degree in Banking, Finance, Compliance, Audit, or a related field.
• Experience in content-based checks or documentation checking through full-time work or banking-related internships.
• Fresh graduates with a Banking or Finance background are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Hong Kong Front Line teams.
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and basic web-based applications.
