We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Business Support Manager (6 Months Contract) - Global Private Banking.

In this role you will:

• Manage Market Heads' calendars and schedules, including coordination of internal/external meetings, video calls, and travel arrangements
• Handle expense claims, reimbursements, and corporate credit card reconciliations in line with bank policy
• Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for Market Heads
• Assists with other tasks as required

• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise where required
• Strong teamwork initiative
• Good research and communication skills
• Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management
